The last time Comedy Goldmine featured an MS Paint theme, it was "Embarrassing Moments." It's been two years, but if you'd figured that the SA Forums had experienced a user transfusion and were now composed entirely of well-adjusted sorts without any mortifying past or present incidents to depict in crude drawings, prepare to have your weird utopian fantasy shattered! It turns out Goons still do and/or did gross stuff; perhaps you will even relate to some of these scenarios and say "You are not alone. I understand you" out loud to the blushing stick figures.
