The System Doctor, submitted by ae. Also known as "The Doc's Spot!", this site is another web design site that is a mushy jungle of mind-numbingly idiotic animated GIFs, bizarre links (see the games section), horrible copy writing and even worse HTML.
This is "The Doc's Spot", Bookmark this page now because here you will find lots of Cool Stuff to Download like, New Utilities, Games, Driver Links for your Hardware, Computer News, PlayStation News and Patches.
You might not notice it at first, being distracted by the blinking animations and links AWAY from his goddamn site, but the self-proclaimed "System Doctor" also does web sites and network administration. In his own words, "The same vision you had that got your business started, is the same kind of vision needed for your first Website." I assume this means he primarily does web sites for the blind, color blind and people who smash themselves in the face repeatedly. Also possibly people in comas. I wouldn't know; he doesn't provide a link to anything he's ever designed.
