I just find it exceptionally funny when people's immediate reaction to an opinion of mine that they disagree with is to threaten me with bodily harm. I do not think that doing this has ever or will ever change my mind about what I wrote, nor will it help to prove whatever point this person is trying to make. From what I can gather, that point is something to the extent of, "IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE'S LIVES I HOPE THAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE BRUTALLY SLAUGHTERED AND ALSO I AM RETARDED." Makes absolutely perfect sense to me. The charm and brilliance of these people never ceases to amaze me.
Well that's all for now, although I have many more similar emails resulting from that update. I have no idea why these people were unable to grasp the very blatant and simple points I was trying to make, but I hope that if I offended them that they no longer read the site because I think that Something Awful is better off without them. I suppose that I will now go and quietly contemplate the horrible thing that I have written and perhaps join the Taliban.
