Step Four: Identifying Your Fish
Rather than provide you a detailed list of every fish and their traits I have boiled and distilled the basics of identifying your catch down into an easy-to-use flowchart. Click on the picture to view a full-sized version. Then either dutifully memorize it or print it out, laminate it, and take it with you when you go fishing.
Whatever you catch you should be satisfied with the pure experience of fishing and the fact that you escaped it with your life and most of your limbs intact. Good luck brave amateur fishermen, and may God speed you on your way!
