Why, yes, of course a 22-year-old woman running for New York state senate has a mildly MIDI-fied instrumental version of "Sexy and I Know It" embedded into her official campaign website. And, as you can see, her motto is a Blingee'd GIF that reads "I'M SENATOR AND I KNOW IT." Why wouldn't that be a thing?

I've actually looked at every page on Mindy Meyer's site so far, and here's what her platform is: Lower crime, increase employment, Stop & Frisk might be a good thing, let kids go to school, and abortion is bad. She doesn't actually say that last one, but given that she's running for the both the "Conservative" and "Republican" tickets and she harps on the "there are plenty of couples who want to adopt" thing, it sounds like she's probably against it.

Beyond that, I have a sneaking suspicion that she intends to make some jokes about how she wants to change her district from a "Red" district to a "Pink" district. That seems to be about it. She's what those in the business would call "light on the issues, heavy on the terrifying promo pictures that all seem to be shot from the same angle."

Overall, it's a pretty simple site, though I guess you could let the soothing synths of LMFAO lull you into some sort of hypnotic trance if you wanted - maybe she'll appear to you in a dream and lead you on a journey into your own soul or something. No promises, but let me know how it goes.
